STAND-OUT SPORTS VENUES
• Snapdragon Stadium, a 35,000 seat multi-purpose stadium with natural grass, is the home turf for San Diego State Aztecs football and the city’ s two professional soccer teams, San Diego FC( MLS) and San Diego Wave( NWSL). It plays host to the annual Holiday Bowl and Monster Jam, and attracts major soccer tournaments like the CONCACAF Champion Cup. It will also host pre-tournament international friendlies tied to the 2026 FIFA World Cup and is slated to serve as a venue for Olympic soccer matches during the 2028 Los Angeles Game.
• The recently renovated and expanded, Barnes Tennis Center, has 51 courts for tennis, pickleball, and padel, and plays host to events small and large including the WTA 500 San Diego Open, and Billie Jean King Girls Junior National Championships.
